Ribbon Checkup .org and .com: Which Site Is Which

People arrive at this site looking for several different things under the name Ribbon Checkup. Some want to log in to an account. Some want to cancel or change a subscription. Some want customer service. Some want to understand a test result. This page sorts them out so nobody has to guess.

Two sites, one name

ribboncheckup.org, the site you are on, is a health education publication. It is published by Ribbon Health Press, a Scanbase, Inc. company. It explains tests, lab numbers, and preventive screenings in plain language. It does not sell anything, has no accounts, and stores no personal data. Every page is free to read.

ribboncheckup.com is the product site for Ribbon Checkup home urine tests. That is where the tests are sold, where accounts and subscriptions live, and where customer support is handled. Scanbase operates both sites.

The two share a name because they share an owner. They are kept separate on purpose. Editorial content on this site is written to the same standard whether or not Scanbase sells a product in the category. Go to support.ribboncheckup.com. Subscription changes, including cancellation, are handled through the account and support channels on the .com side. Nothing on this site can change a subscription, and we do not receive those requests.
